False-positive. You should have already noticed that only one engine claimed that APK is infected. That's not a first time when this happens.

Note that since Termux:Boot is open-source and considering its functions (like on-boot startup), its parts or similar code can be interesting for use in real malware. This may be one of cases when false-positive occurs.
