예측 결과를 확인하는 스케줄 추가
- 예측 결과를 받아와서 prediction 테이블의 result_value 갱신
- 예측 결과에 따라 user_predict의 prediciton_result 갱신
- 예측 결과에 따라 user_stock_fluctuation의 score 갱신
- 예측 결과에 따라 user의 coin 갱신
- 적중 시 알림 생성
