Provenance visualiser for R using cytoscape.js-prov.

Installation

> devtools::install_github('End-to-end-provenance/RDataTracker', ref='development')
> devtools::install_github('CamFlow/CamFlowR')  
> library('CamFlow')  
> library('RDataTracker')

Usage

CamFlow only:

> CamFlowVisualiser(myProvJSonString)

Executing a script with RDataTracker (more details here):

> ddg.run('myScript.R', diplay=TRUE)
