更新内容

  1. 新增了三个常用转义字符用于文本格式 显示视频投稿时间位置优化 #4160
  2. 为了支持多行更改了部分css

新版这个位置不对吧, 怎么都挤在 UP 主那块了

实际上旧版和新版的实现逻辑是一样的，都是是在up主那块使用了换行符

那高度应该改成自动的, 现在这个是一行的高度挤了两行字

旧版和新版的高度都做了一个自适应，毕竟格式是用户自己配，没有限制能使用几个换行符。新版里两行的情况下是32像素，一行是16像素，只是那个up图标本身应该是做了一个剧中的css，我没有改这个，不过应该没必要改吧。

我看了下, 是外面的 .video-page-card-small .card-box .info .upname 写死了高度 20px, 改成 auto 后才正常
