github color scheme not found error in Vim

Since it appears that by default in many environments the github color scheme is not present, an error message will appear as a result each time Vim is opened after the dotfiles are in place. Can we include it here in the repo?

The github color scheme is meant to be installed via vundle. The plugins get installed during the dotfiles install process.
