Solve syncing issues Failed to sync tfchain against qanet tfchain#619
Attaching solution provider id to contracts: Allow setting solution provider ID to an existing contract tfchain#630
Allow bonding a stash account to a twin: Allow twin to bond with a stash address tfchain#636
Billing storage cleanup: Clean up pallet smart contract storage tfchain#665
Various bugfixes (see release notes tfchain 2.4.0-rc1)
