Description
Tapping the reply button on a comment results in a grayed-out, unusable comment box.

How to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Tap a reply button underneath a comment
  2. Observe comment panel appear with an unusable comment box
  3. Tap the reply button on a top-level post.
  4. Observe a usable comment box appear
  5. Swipe a comment to reply with gesture
  6. Observe a usable comment box appear
