Before purchasing the Tidbyt, I wanted to be sure that my Nightscout site which is at render.com would work. Thanks

Can you give us a bit more information about what you are trying to do?

The great thing is you can build an app and test it without needing a tidbyt at all!

I want to have my glucose monitoring on Tidbyt from my Nightscout site which is visible from Render.com. I know there is Nightscout app available on Tidbyt but I don't know if this app supports any hosting site. Thanks

Maybe the app authors have answers to your questions. @IsThisPaul can you help out?

@IsThisPaul : Hello Paul, I watched your video intervention on YouTube:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o7pIKsXW8ss&t=1429s

I am not in the habit of telling my life story, my 2 children, aged 3 and 8, are type 1 diabetics.

I find it truly incredible what you have done, my wife and I live in constant fear because one of our children regularly has hypoglycemia during the night. Your software is really great because it displays the carbohydrate level and the curve over a 3-hour history if I'm not mistaken. The display of the curve is truly exceptional because the doctor tells us each time that we must monitor the curve carefully to be able to anticipate hypoglycemia.

The Tidbyt device is truly amazing for this use but it is too expensive in my country with shipping costs, it's over 250 euros. Especially since it would only be used to display the glucose level and not for anything else.

It may not be right of me to ask this but I take responsibility for it and I apologize in advance if I have hurt you.
Is it possible to adapt your software to another device that is more accessible in terms of price, such as a Raspberry Pi Pico or ESP32 with RGB LED Matrix?

Thanks in advance

Thank you for your response, it is already good news that it is open source. Your software files, where can I find them please? This would allow me to share your files with other programmers to explain my project. Thanks Paul
