14 esm hugging face

So I've done what I set out to do and then some..

Primarily:

• generalized approach for loading and using both esm and prot_bert models
• complete overhaul of notebook organization and library structure
• now have scratch notebooks directory to play around in
• import berteome as berteome is back in play baby!
• nice class to generate prediction dataframe for all residues in a given sequence

There are still quite a bit of overhaul things to do here. But, esm being distributed through hugging face is really huge and really cleans up the way that we can approach this!

For now, certainly seems like we have solved the main problem at hand.
