Fix a panic and change designer new url

Hi ✋ I fixed two issues.

First, I changed the function that takes GitHub Trends from GetRdfFeedWithDesc to GetRssFeedWithDesc because in my environment panic occurred when GetRdfFeedWithDesc was used.
