This ASP.NET website empowers basic users to request Technician assistance, empowers Technicians to manage requests, and empowers Administrators to manage the users and the website itself. Also includes a login system, printable Crystal Reports for Administrators and Technicians, and help pages for site usage.

Notes

• This website is on GitHub solely for the purpose of viewing its code. Code that connects to the database and the database itself were requested to not be pushed to GitHub, and has therefore been withheld from this repository. Due to this, the ASP.NET website will not work if it is attempted to be compiled or published when using Microsoft Visual Studio.
