A change to the type signature of `Unitful.Quantity` in Unitful 0.13 will cause this package to break without this commit. With this commit, Unitful 0.12 as well as 0.13 and above should work. Therefore, the bounds on Unitful versions in the REQUIRE file have not been changed.
