Added functionality that can hide the Spotify Widgets automatically if Spotify is closed. Also added the ability for the user to toggle this behaviour.

I ported the Spotify-Widgets to WebNowPlaying and implemented some additional functionality that can hide the widgets if Spotify is not running.
I would be really happy to help keep Win10Widgets running after years without maintenance.
