Initially the tarballs were pushed without *.tar.gz artifacts (seehttps://github.com/etcd-io/etcd/issues/12734#issuecomment-8040063222).
The new version of gziped artifacts were added on 2021-03-22, but (most-likely) due to different gzip version, the SHA256 checksum changed. The original SHA256SUMS was renamed to SHA256SUMS.old and the new version of SHA256SUMS file was pushed.
