This commit also comes with several updates to the structure and PhpStorm settings (automatic lint). Also I've updated app location strategy to use HTML5 mode and removed obsolete console.logs() To simplify working with Laravel and PhpStorm I have also included required helper files.
[DNCR-52] Added volume label for correct permissions on SELinux.

This commits also include several fixes for Dockerfile and IDE helpers.
