repository for the manuscript examining altmetric events
this containts the data set and the R code for performing the analysis. the code file is presented as an R markdown file (.Rmd). we also have the HTML file with the code and the output for easy viewing.
the data set has all identifying information removed.
the Rmd file has the install.packages commands removed. if packages are needed on your computer and you have not installed them before, just input install.packages("PACKAGE_NAME_HERE") command before library commands.
