New release of tracing-appender?

Would be great if it would be possible to cut a new release of the tracing-appender crate?

It was last released 1 year ago and good changes like named worker threads (#2365) from a year ago is still not available in published version.

I believe @davidbarsky is working on preparing a number of releases of tracing crates. We're hoping to get them published by the end of the week.

Just saw the new tracing-log, after seeing a few tracing releases the past few weeks, and wanted to specifically inquire about -subscriber. I'm happy to be patient if it's on the list :)
