just like in the original header handling code, but for automatic_content_encoding.

Should fix #109, if green a bugfix release (like 6.0.2) would be welcome.

Older libCURL versions have this under a different
constant, which is covered in the other place we use
accept-encoding but wasn't covered here by omission.
