- De-duplicate loading configuration (T349135)
- Simplify ToolsDb detection in replica.py
- Remove unused REPLICA_HOST config propery
- Allow connecting to customizable db port (Useful for local debugging)
- Add type hints in some places (Useful for getting IDE suggestions and code readability.)
