[Prod]Deleted Challenge are reflected on Draft Tab

1. Delete the challenge from OR. (https://software.topcoder.com/review/actions/EditProject?pid=30142144)
2. Go to WM app and view the draft challenge. (https://challenges.topcoder.com/projects/24943/challenges)
