Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If we could bypass npm, we can use monodeploy for monorepos that aren't strictly npm packages.

Describe the solution you'd like

A disable-npm flag.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Don't use monodeploy for these use cases.

Additional context

To manage terraform monorepo.
