This application is especially for people who can’t speak. It is called a modern AAC app but with different features. Main idea is to give voice to the people who can’t speak. There are two different options to choose from, one will work for face-to-face or direct communication just like any other AAC apps but specifically for U.A.E (Arab) country.

This library is an AAC decoder and MP4 demultiplexer library written completely in Java. It uses no native libraries, is platform-independent and portable.
