Using Python, project that analyzes different attributes of a given mathematical graph, such as: Topological Order, Cycles and Connected Components. Uses recursion of functions, adjacency lists, classes, and graph theory.
The goal of this project is to implement a graph label propagation method to study and classify image data. The method has the particularity that it combines well with other classifiers to achieve enhanced performance.
WORK IN PROGRESS - The ChemHopper program builds directed multigraphs of organic molecules n chemical transformations away from a given starting molecule. The program can then evaluate generated molecules by drug-likeness and synthesizability metrics.
