WSL 2 Ubuntu + Windows Terminal + Docker + VS Code
Docker image to use with Motorola Moto Mods Development Kit and Visual Studio Code. Also able to be used for WSL Ubuntu 16.04

Ultimately achieves "system-wide" tor on a kali (or other debian based) distribution for WSL2. Confirmed functional on kali-rolling for WSL2, kernel vesion 5.4.91.
