ngsQC

ngsQC is a collection of programs for quality control of next-generation sequencing data.

• snpCleaner is a perl script that filters VCF format files.

• vcfCleaner is a collection of C++ programs for quality-filtering and subsetting VCF files, as well as file format conversion.

• readCleaner is a C++ program for fastq quality-control.

Installation

Download ngsQC by either cloning it from github

git clone https://github.com/tplinderoth/ngsQC.git

or download the ZIP file.
