Update xmr-rpc.cpp

GCC 5.4.0 Compile Error (It's little weird, but this method works)

what is your os/machine ?

This is my system

• OS: CentOS 6.9
• CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2630 v4
• GPU: GeForce Titan X (sm_52)
  (I also tested at Titan Black, which is sm_35)

I followed this guide from here

$ echo 'export PATH=/usr/local/cuda/bin:$PATH' >> ~/.bashrc
$ sudo apt-get install build-essential libcurl4-openssl-dev git automake
$ git clone https://github.com/tpruvot/ccminer.git
$ cd ccminer/
$ ./autogen.sh
$ ./configure CFLAGS="-O3 -Wall -march=native"
$ make  --> error

Actually there was 2 error.

1. Assembly instruction error

Error message:

/tmp/ccftaD2Z.s: Assembler messages:
/tmp/ccftaD2Z.s:47: Error: no such instruction: `vpbroadcastq %xmm1,%ymm0'
/tmp/ccftaD2Z.s:320: Error: no such instruction: `vpbroadcastq %xmm1,%ymm0'
/tmp/ccftaD2Z.s:837: Error: no such instruction: `vpbroadcastq %xmm1,%ymm0'

It disappears after changing like

$ ./configure CFLAGS="-O3 -Wall"

2. Code

madvise(pscratchpad_buff, sz, MADV_RANDOM | MADV_WILLNEED | MADV_HUGEPAGE);

The error message was that

g++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I.  -fopenmp  -pthread -fno-strict-aliasing -I./compat/jansson -I/usr/local/cuda/include     -g -O2 -MT crypto/ccminer-xmr-rpc.o -MD -MP -MF crypto/.deps/ccminer-xmr-rpc.Tpo -c -o crypto/ccminer-xmr-rpc.o `test -f 'crypto/xmr-rpc.cpp' || echo './'`crypto/xmr-rpc.cpp
crypto/xmr-rpc.cpp: In function ‘void GetScratchpad()’:
crypto/xmr-rpc.cpp:917:62: error: ‘MADV_HUGEPAGE’ was not declared in this scope
  madvise(pscratchpad_buff, sz, MADV_RANDOM | MADV_WILLNEED | MADV_HUGEPAGE);

I changed MADV_HUGEPAGE to 0, now ccminer works very well.
