Probably need to reconfigure dependencies structure to take into account including multiple, versioned ConcertJS download files that equate to tagged releases of ConcertJS itself.

Separated www.concertjs.com Hg project back out from the ConcertJS an…

The web site should really be managed separately and have its own releases independent of ConcertJS version,
and this makes ConcertJS completely a component used by the web site, allowing better handling of including
multiple versions at once (which will be necessary on the downloads page).
