Looks good. Suggestion: Either add a '--delete' type option, or add a second task that just logs the unreferenced records that are found. |

We'll merge this in now so @doublestranded can reimport new feed versions on dev server and then check for unreferenced RSPs. @irees let's add SSP utilities as a separate follow-on. |
