  • Adds eth_maxPriorityFeePerGas RPC Method which always returns 1 GWEI.
  • Defaults type 2 transactions with no user-set maxPriorityFeePerGas to 1 GWEI.
    Fixes Support eth_maxPriorityFeePerGas #1632
