Description

This pull request updates the APIs to use the GPT4-turbo model instead of the GPT3.5-turbo model. It includes changes in the following files:

• Sources/ocr_tool/main.swift
• demo.py

Summary

• Updated the model used in AppDelegate class in main.swift to GPT4-turbo.
• Updated the model name in demo.py to gpt4-turbo.
