Support for account activity API ?

Hi,

I used twitt for a long time and with this API change I was in the same case as you so I coded my own package for thé account activity API.
I’m currently done with testing it and it’s in production since few days. You can find it here : https://github.com/super-ienien/twitter-webhooks

For now I didn’t have time to finish the documentation so ask me if you need help.
