Main goal: MS4

  • Adding the "Extra" features and stabilizing the system
  • The plan is to complete 14 "story points" and to complete tasks related to US2, US7 and US10 as described here, this has a tight relation to the sequence diagram We realize that because of limited time and nature of course (rather than full time job), this is optimistic...

###Position Holders

  • Scram Manager: We thought that because of the nature of the work as part of a course, and the lack of direct work with on another, this position does not have any meaning. In case we will see that our assumption is wrong it will be Shimshon.
  • Product Owner: Avi

Meetings and sprint planning

  • Planned: At the day of class: Update about work done so far and assigning tasks for developers.
  • Meeting with client on SAT 8/6 progress was presented, client input is available on the client summary section. *The output of sprint planning is the backlog presented in links below to issues. It is also detailed in retrospective.

##Client Summary (summary of client meeting)

  • The product looks real good, and is very helpful while using it.
  • Now that the product is being used regularly, there are some extra items the client would like to have - a "wish list"...
  • It was good that we were able to change plans according to client's request (saving shopping lists)
  • Please view summary.

##Issues and Main risk status

  • Main risk as analysed in the Inception is part of the issues and was completed on previous iteration.

General

  • We have completed 11 "story points". Instead of adding the feature of offering alternative products and adding a bulk of products using CSV we have decided (and it was approved) to change the goal of this iteration to something more useful for users - saving and restoring shopping lists

###Code review Links to the code are in the issues pages linked below.

  • Avi: DIP: replaced data base layer with an interface.
  • Avi: null objects: adding null objects made our code more elegant
