feat(INJI-94): [Vijay] Environment Agnostics Basic Implementation

Features Done as part of this Story:

1. QA Team can now change the Environment URL in the Inji Settings.
2. The environment from where the VC is downloaded can be seen in the VC Details screen with field “credential registry“.
3. if the url is proper then only the save will proceed.
4. if the url is not proper this will show the inline error message.
5. The entire feature can be toggled using a GitHub runner toggle option.
