Hi! I'm a volunteer for a hackerspace that had some instructions for running Twine on Linux on our wiki, and we're doing some document maintenance and closing the wiki. I figured I'd put the page into the Internet Archive and link it here, in case these instructions are useful and you all would like to merge them into some documentation somewhere: https://web.archive.org/web/20150823232550/http://wiki.doubleunion.org/index.php?title=Twine_for_Linux :)

For me using Linux Mint 17.2 the following link was also helpful (should be worth a try for everything that is Ubuntu 14.04 based):
