Update guest additions to 4.3.28

I had a screen resizing bug on my machine (OS X, Yosemite). Updating the guest additions by hand solved this.

Strangely, after a logout and log back in (following upgrade of guest additions), the system reverted to the stock XFCE background. Not sure if this is related, but I can file a separate bug report if anyone likes.

After some testing, we can make 4.3.28 the recommended version and update
the guest additions accordingly.

If Xfce sets the background based on the screen size and/or video driver
behavior, then it might be a related bug.

Oh - and it seems worth targeting 4.3.28 given the fact that it apparently "fixes screen resize bugs."
