To reproduce the problem, create a StandardPage. Add a RichText block and click the embed icon in the RichText toolbar. Copy and paste a YouTube URL into that box. You'll get an error message saying that it's not possible to embed the video.

This issue says that this can affect Wagtail versions older than 2.11. Currently, the BMRC portal is at version 2.8, but we should be updating it past version 2.11 soon. I tested this out on my local machine with Wagtail 2.15, and YouTube embedding works.

YouTube embedding should work again once we upgrade Wagtail.
