Graphite add-ons loader 2.0.0

• Load many add-ons at once from a given directory
• Fill automatically the parameter run_from with the value graphite. This allow to the developer add-on to retrieve the source of execution

Breaking changes

• To be recognized by Graphite, add-ons must contain _addon in their names
