  of its changes (the binding store, the amount conversions, the Sui/XRPL/
  Stellar helpers, fetch, the purchase-context URL); [0.91.1] unchanged.
- tests/test_receipt_context_scope.py: a raw_path holding a "#" is not the
  path compared as written (pins _RAW_PATH).
