  • Load display names patterns from data, without hard-coding (, ), etc.
  • Consider whether find_longest_matching_subtag needs to return language-script-region or something with variants
  • Make sure "es-Latn-419" returns "Latin American Spanish (Latin)"
  • Support dialect option that can be turned on or off
  • Optimizing data for Display Names #3260
