the extension (to be used within build.msl) is info.kwarc.mmt.stex.SmsGenerator and the build target is called sms.

The binary build files in lib/ need to be included for two reasons:
- lib/{jpgf.dll, jpgf.jar, libgu-0.dll, libpgf-0.dll, libsg-0.dll}:
  Because they need to be built from scratch from GF's sources in a
  complicated fashion.
  Unfortunately, this means that non-Windows users need to provide
  their own files here.

- lib/mmt.jar:
  See UniFormal/MMT#28. Once the new release
  comes out, it could be referenced from the GitHub release JAR URL in  the SBT build file.
