OLDA vs Scluster Hierarchies #54

The hierarchies should be consistent in terms of lowest / highest level. Right now, OLDA returns the highest level (upper scale in SALAMI) in the last position of the array, while Scluster returns it in the first position.

This should be fixed in dad9984. Now the first OLDA layer is the highest in the hierarchy (upper scale in SALAMI), like in Scluster.
