"1. Change #plays_index background color to #a7d2e3 and all text color (including links) to #cccccc
2. Change #navigation_bar ol background color to #a7d2e3 and all text color to #cccccc
3. Change #plays h4 and #plays ol list-style-icon to have a color of #32436e. This will require changing the svg image (sorry Mollie).

I think that recommendation number one is a mistake, because it basically looks like light grey on light blue... seems harder to read than it was before? cc @ErieMeyer @mollieru

I updated the index link color to white, which should solve the contrast problem with the existing colors. Closing for now!
