I appreciate the current design. I think there are two ways it can be improved:

  1. Create a more impactful summary that really captures the core principles. Sort of an exec summary meets the Agile Manifesto.
  2. Create drill downs where additional supporting content can be added. For example I created an illustrated educational video on how Healthcare.gov could have been done using Agile. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vvfI9XsBuXo I think this definitely supports the Playbook's goals with solid educational content. I don't know where it would link in the current design.
    Thoughts?

We hope the Playbook is concise enough that we do not need an executive summary.

But it’s a great point to have links to examples and supporting content for each play. We are trying to figure out the best way to add that! (see also #44 and #37). If you have suggestions on the best way to implement this, please chime in!
