Start location for plus map

Maybe as a crowdmap plus feature - it would be nice to specify a zoomed in location. I have a neighborhood map that starts zoomed out to the entire globe, which is slightly confusing for other users viewing it.

The map should auto zoom as you add posts with locations. Would this be a feature to allow you to force start the map at a different lat,lon,zoom?

Brain dumping:

It would be better to have a starting bounding box so the map could fit in the various dimensions that the browser loads on different devices. This might be too complicated though so perhaps we can just have them enter a text location and zoom level.
