Set default log level to 0.

This is required for printing summary of test results and other usefull information. This fixes incorrectly set value in commit d3b70f1.

I agree with this change as long as @ltrilety is ok with it as well.

I don't much agree with this change, however it could be done as temporary. I am afraid with the temporary part though.
We should sit on that and discuss which information should be there, which is important and what is not.
