ImageCache can not use

win64 23H2
JAVA 8

I am now install imagecache see this
and i find that it should download a ImageCache Folder in this place and i download the imagaCache and unzip all of then to a ImageCache folder, but when i try to get a image using the Sim, but i show it do not has that.
