Storybook added with default settings. Add ESLint (recommended by Storybook) Create custom ButtonAction component and related stories component outside storybook intro folder. Custom styles not showing. Need to configure. use 'npm run storybook' to run storybook on project.

Add Storybook and 2 recommended additions:
– eslint-plugin-storybook
– npm7 migration ( it threw a flag about npm 8.0.0 which has peer dependency semantics that are incompatible with Storybook)
