We need to put our resources into a single folder to eliminate the confusion that it's causing right now (based on DX tests and flow-bakery that had already implemented something similar).

To see how this feature may be implemented, refer to https://github.com/vaadin/patient-portal-demo-flow that had got rid of it recently.

Main concern is waiting during copying all the resources from /src/main/frontend to webapp folder: this is way too long for the big projects.
