BUILD AND INSTALL
=================
  Requirements
  ------------
  Packages: libdbusmenu-qt-dev, libmessaging-menu-dev

  Configure and build via cmake
  -----------
  mkdir build && cd build
  cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DMESSAGING_MENU=ON
  make
  sudo make install

  Configure and build via qmake
  ------------
  qmake INSTALL_PATH=/usr CONFIG-=debug CONFIG-=debug_and_install DEFINES+=MESSAGING_MENU
  make
  sudo make install
