- The homebrew subsection has changed a bit, so this catches it up with the new parameters

- This appears to be cleanly building with this goreleaser. I'm inclined to merge this first.

I think everything else about the config was consistent and only the homebrew section was updated. so when we bump goreleaser @edaniszewski we'll need to make sure we bump our consumers as well.
